Accreditation for journalists now open for the second European Political Community summit in Moldova

The Republic of Moldova will host the second European Political Community (EPC) Summit on 1 June 2023.

The EPC is a platform for dialogue and cooperation between European countries, and the Summit provides an opportunity for leaders to address pressing issues facing the continent.

The Summit will take place at the historical Mimi Castle in Bulboaca, 35 km away from the capital Chisinau.

The leaders of 47 European countries and high-level EU officials will gather at the Summit to discuss a range of issues, including peace and security, energy resilience and climate action, and interconnections in Europe.

The Summit aims to foster collaboration and coordination among European countries to address common challenges.

Hosting the EPC Summit is an important milestone for Moldova, providing an opportunity for Moldova to demonstrate its commitment to European values and to contribute to shaping the future of Europe.

To cover the Summit, journalists are invited to apply for accreditation until 18 May at 23:59. Please note that for security reasons, no requests will be considered after this deadline.
